What this website collects

This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts — even the fonts are hosted with the site. The one exception is the map on the visit and contact pages, which is embedded from Google Maps; when it loads, your browser talks to Google under Google's privacy policy. Everything else is served by our host alone.

If your visit is logged by our hosting provider, that log will typically contain your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested. Those logs exist for security and reliability, not for profiling.

What we collect when you contact us

If you send us a message, we receive whatever you type into the form or the email — usually a name, an email address and the details of your enquiry. We use it to answer you and to run the event or order you are asking about. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking to be on one.

Ordering and payment

Payments in-store are handled by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers. Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms are governed by that platform's own privacy policy, which we do not control.

How long we keep things

Enquiry emails are kept as long as they are useful for running the business, and deleted when they are not. Event and catering records are kept for normal accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us or call and we will deal with it. California residents have specific rights under state privacy law and we will honour them.
