Birthdays, work parties, team dinners, receptions that want to be fun rather than formal. The hall works best when one group owns it.
Options
Three sizes of takeover
A run of table
Ten to twenty-five people. We hold a run of the long tables, you order as you go. No minimum, no paperwork, a few days notice.
A section
Twenty-five to sixty. Your own part of the room, a set menu agreed in advance, and staff assigned to you. The rest of the hall carries on around you.
The whole hall
Sixty and up. The room, the taps, the grill and the sound. Usually earlier in the week or earlier in the evening.
How it runs
Simple by design
Tell us the shape of it
Date, headcount, rough budget and what the evening is for. Two lines is enough to start.
We come back with a plan
A layout, a menu, a bier package and a number. Usually inside a few working days.
We agree the details
Dietary requirements, timings, whether you want the grill running late, whether you are bringing a cake.
You turn up
Tables set, taps ready, staff briefed. You do not carry anything.

Dietary requirements
Vegetarian and vegan options are built into every package as standard, not bolted on when asked. Tell us about allergies in advance and we will plan around them properly.
Sound and speeches
The room is loud by nature. If someone needs to be heard, tell us and we will arrange the layout and the timing so they are.
Timing
Whole-hall takeovers usually sit earlier in the week or earlier in the evening. Friday and Saturday nights we stay open to everyone.
